Biography: Jim Buyens is the senior PC-LAN administrator for AG Communications Systems, a leading provider of telephone switching equipment and software. An early proponent of TCP/IP connectivity, he administers a worldwide corporate network that includes more than 50 Windows NT servers and more than 2000 client personal computers. He was an early champion of World Wide Web applications for intranet use, and he administers a corporate Web site at www.agcs.com. Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1971 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University in 1992.
