Biography: xBrad L. Peterson is a partner at Mayer, Brown & Platt, one of the nation's top ten law firms. His legal practice consists of helping clients negotiate contracts to buy and sell billions of dollars of information technology products and services each year. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a computer programmer and as an IBM marketing representative. He has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He lives in Glencoe, Illinois.
Diane M. Carco is the group vice president and senior financial officer for information technology at one of the nation's largest financial services companies. Her responsibilities include managing the information technology contracting and procurement area, which acquires hundreds of millions of dollars of goods and services annually. Previously, Ms. Carco was an auditor and consultant at Ernst & Young and held key management positions in the mergers and acquisitions, finance, and technology areas of Ford Motor Company's banking entities. She is a CPA and a graduate of Marquette University. Ms. Carco resides in Chicago
