Biography: Peter G.W. Keen is the executive director of the International Center for Information Technologies. A graduate of Oxford University and the Harvard Business School, he has served on the faculties of the Harvard Business School, MIT's Sloan School of Management, the London Business School, and the Stanford Business School and is currently a visiting professor at Fordham University. Keen is the author of
Competing in Time: Using Telecommunications for Competitive Advantage (Ballinger, 1986) and co-author of
Decision Support Systems: An Organizational Perspective (Addison-Wesley, 1978).
